Patients will receive two billing statements for their course of radiation therapy. One statement reflects technical charges for the treatments and procedures and is billed by the facility at which you are receiving your treatments. The other statement reflects physician professional fees (doctor visits) and is billed under Northwest Radiotherapy Association.

Please call our billing office if at any time during your treatment you change insurance coverage or your primary care physician. Also, if you receive a new or updated insurance card, please bring it to our office so a copy can be made for our files and insurance can be re-verified. These changes can directly affect claims processing by your insurance company, and may result in non-payment.

We appreciate your help in providing correct and accurate information to us. This will enable us to obtain payment from your insurance carrier. It will prevent problems with your insurance plan which could result in payment being due from you instead of your insurance company.
